Anshul is a Chartered Accountant and has over 10 years of experience in Tax advisory services. He is leading Tax Advisory practice. He has led and delivered projects in the area of direct and indirect taxation. He is a member of multiple groups spearheading GST and has managed direct tax, service tax and excise advisory assignments including litigation for diverse industries. He has prepared, represented and argued cases of direct tax at ITAT level.  Besides Direct & Indirect Taxes, he has a good hand on Litigation work at Ministry of Corporate Affairs & other Allied Laws.

CA Kanika Sharma – FCA, DISA, B.Com(H)

Kanika is a Chartered Accountant and has over 8 years of experience in Audit & Assurance services along with heading Secretarial compliance part. She is leading assurance practice & Secretarial Practice. She has completed Company Secretary studies and is also pursuing LLB. She has also done various Certification courses offered by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India like CCA & FAFD. She has rich experience in Audit & Assurance function of Public Limited, Private limited, Bank audits, NGOs, etc.  She also head & lead all Secretarial works.
